安徽省某市大一学生HPV及相关知识认知情况干预效果评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of the intervention effect on cognitive status of HPV and relate knowledge among freshmen in a city of Anhui Province

摘要 目的了解安徽省某市大一学生对人乳头瘤病毒(Human papilloma virus,HPV)及相关知识认知情况,探讨基于5W传播模式的健康教育对其干预效果。方法2022年3—10月采用分层整群随机抽取安徽省某市三所高校大一学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。采用5W传播模式对实验组进行为期6个月的健康教育干预后,评估实验组和对照组对HPV及相关知识的认知水平和接种意愿。结果2177名大一学生完成基线调查,干预后,实验组和对照组对HPV、宫颈癌和HPV疫苗各知识点正答情况差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=71.229、88.514、69.712、103.558、255.810、12.929、135.559、138.091、49.656、113.719、47.553、89.438、62.892、33.670、149.805、55.766,均P<0.05);干预后,实验组和对照组HPV疫苗的接种意愿分别为94.2%和83.7%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=61.351,P<0.001)。结论基于5W传播模式的健康教育可有效提高大一学生对HPV及相关知识的认知水平,并促进其态度和行为的转变。 Objective To understand the cognitive status of Human papilloma virus(HPV)and related knowledge among freshmen in a city of Anhui Province,and to explore the effect of health education based on 5W communication model on the intervention.Methods From March to October 2022,a stratified cluster random sampling was used to select freshmen from three colleges and universities in a city of Anhui Province as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.Affer a 6-month health education intervention in the experimental group,the 5W communication model was used to evaluate the cognitive level of HPV and related knowledge and willingness to vaccinate in the experimental and control groups.ResultsA total of 2177 freshmen completed the baseline survey,and after the intervention,the differences between the experimental and control groups in the positive responses to each knowledge points of HPV,cervical cancer and HPV vaccine were statistically significant(χ^(2)=71.229,88.514,69.712,103.558,255.810,12.929,135.559,138.091,49.656,113.719,47.55389.438,62.892,33.670,149.805 and 55.766,all P<0.05).After the intervention,the willingness to vaccinate HPV vaccine in the experimental and control groups was 94.2%and 83.7%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant when comparing the two respectively(χ^(2)=61.351,P<0.001).Conclusion Health education based on the 5W communication model can effectively improve the cognitive level of freshmen towards HPV and related knowledge,and promote the change in their attitudes and behaviors.
