摘要
本文以辽宁省阜新蒙古族自治县为案例,通过分析阜蒙县双语教育面临的问题,探讨存在的原因,提出完善政策法规,加大财政投入,强化双语教育资源建设,营造良好双语教育环境等优化双语教育的策略,期望进一步完善蒙汉双语教育文化体系,传承和发展优秀的民族传统文化,让阜蒙县民族教育再上一个新台阶。
Under the new situation,the bilingual education in Liaoning Province has made long-term progress.In this article,the author has analyzed the problems that the bilingual education in Fuxin Mongol Autonomous County faces,such as the lack of financial investment and related policies,relatively insufficient bilingual education resources of Mongolian and Chinese,and the shortage of the positive bilingual education language environment.By analyzing the reasons,the author puts forward a series of measures,including road-mapping policies and regulations,increasing financial investment,strengthening the construction of bilingual education resources,creating a good bilingual education environment,and improving related strategies,so as to further enhance the system of bilingual education and culture of Mongolian and Chinese,inherit and develop the excellent traditional national culture,and help Fuxin step forward in national education.
