基于气流动力学的溜槽粉尘逸散规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决露天矿大高差溜槽系统粉尘污染问题,基于气流动力学理论,揭示大高差溜槽系统运输过程中粉尘的产生机理和运移规律;根据相似理论,建立溜槽相似实验模型;通过单因素实验,分别研究物料粉岩质量分数、物料含水率、溜槽溜放高度和物料质量流量对溜槽运行过程中产生的诱导气流及粉尘浓度的影响。实验结果表明:随着物料粉岩分数、溜槽溜放高度、物料质量流量的增大诱导气流逐渐增大;随着含水率的增大,诱导气流逐渐减小后趋于平稳;溜槽产生粉尘浓度随诱导气流成指数变化,诱导气流是产生粉尘的主导因素;因而,通过控制诱导气流的大小能大幅度降低溜槽系统的粉尘浓度。 In order to solve the dust pollution problem of large height difference chute system in open-pit mines, based on the theory of aerodynamics, the article reveals the mechanism of dust generation and the law of transport during transportation of large height difference chute system. According to the similar theory, we establish similar experimental model of chute and study the effects of material powder quality fraction, material moisture content, chute discharge height and material mass flow on induced air flow and dust concentration during chute operation through single factor experiment. Experimental results show that with the increase of material powder fraction, chute height and material mass flow, the induced air flow gradually increases, the guide air gradually decreases and then stability. The concentration of dust produced by the chute changes exponentially with the induced airflow, induction of air flow is the leading factor in the generation of dust. Therefore, the dust concentration of the chute system can be greatly reduced by controlling the size of the induced airflow.
