摘要
通过实验研究了一次蒸馏与二次蒸馏温度对洗油质量的影响,并对洗油馏程及其馏出物进行分析,结果发现提高一次蒸馏温度与二次蒸馏温度可以明显地改善洗油质量,当一次蒸馏温度为308℃、二次蒸馏温度为315℃时,所得洗油样品230℃前馏出量为0,270℃前馏出物质量分数大于96.0%,甲基萘的质量分数达到51.09%,萘质量分数小于3.0%,酚类化合物和水分含量为0。
The impact of primary distillation and secondary distillation temperature on washing oil quality was studied through experiment,with analysis on the washing oil distillation ranges and distillates.The results showed that the quality of washing oil could be improved obviously by increasing primary distillation and secondary distillation temperature.When the primary distillation temperature and secondary distillation temperature were 308℃and 315℃respectively,the distillate quantity of washing oil sample before 230℃was 0,the distillate mass fraction before 270℃was greater than 96.0%,the methyl naphthalene mass fraction reached 51.09%,and the mass fraction of naphthalene was less than 3.0%,phenol compounds and moisture content was 0.
