Washing oil distillate from coal tar is rich in such valuable organic chemical materials as quinoline, α-methyl-naphthalene, β-methyl-naphthalene, diphenyl, indole, acenaphthene, fluorene, etc. The extracted products from the washing oil can be applied in fine chemical industry. Further processing of the coal tar is significant for the comprehensive utilization of resources and the development of fine chemical industry.
