摘要
介绍了在线拉曼光谱仪的特点及结构组成。在现有仪器研制的基础上,采用拉曼光谱和化学计量学方法建立了快速、准确测定石油产品馏程的分析仿真模型。仿真模型中具体算法采用偏最小二乘法(PLS),并收集了一定数量的苯的同系物样品进行实验,并对模型的预测值与样品真实值的相关性进行了分析。实验数据仿真结果表明,该模型与传统馏程检测方法相比具有分析速度快,准确性高,重现性好等特点,特别适用于生产中间控制分析,在实际生产过程中已得到应用。
Introduced the structural characteristics and structural composing of on-line Raman spectrometer.on the basis of existing spectrometer,make use of raman spectrum and stoichiometry to build up a quick,precise analysis simulation model approach to determine the distillation range of petroleum products.The specific algorithm of simulation model uses partial least squares algorithm(PLS)and collects a certain number of experimental samples of benzene series do experiments,and analyses the correlation of the predictive value of the model and the true value of sample.The simulation results of experimental data show that this method is fast,high accuracy and well-reproductive with the comparison of the traditional distillation range detection method. It especially suits for control and analysis during the production. Now,this method has been used in the production process.
