摘要
癌性疼痛作为恶性肿瘤常见并发症,严重影响患者生活质量,目前西医治疗方法有限,且治疗效果不理想,中医药在治疗恶性肿瘤方面发挥着独特优势。文章从辨证论治、分三阶段论治(霸道、帝道与王道)、治疗期间中西医技术共干预、内外治同用等方面总结胡凯文教授治疗癌性疼痛临床经验,阐述胡凯文教授在治疗癌性疼痛时运用中西医结合技术可达到“增效减毒”的作用,可有效缓解患者疼痛,提高生活质量。
Cancer pain is a common complication of malignant tumors,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Western medicine treatment limited and the effect is not satisfactory.Traditional Chinese medicine plays a unique advantage in the treatment of malignant tumors.This article summarizes professor HU Kai-wen’s clinical experience in treating cancer pain.From some aspects,such as syndrome differentiation,three-stage treatment,intervention of Chinese and western medicine and internal and external treatment technology work together.Discussing professor HU Kai-wen’s experience in using traditional Chinese and western medicine technology to achieve‘enhanced effect and reduce toxicity’in the treatment of cancer pain,effectively alleviate the pain of patients and improve the quality of life.
