摘要
癌性疼痛是肿瘤患者的常见症状,由于肿瘤对周围组织的压迫或侵犯,手术、化疗等治疗手段或合并其他疾病而引发,严重影响肿瘤患者的生活质量,干扰抗肿瘤治疗的进程与成效。西医治疗癌痛由于其副作用、成瘾性、耐药性的存在,使疼痛控制并不理想,中医中药、针刺艾灸、穴位注射等中医手段具有安全性高、副作用小、应用方便等特点,在临床应用广泛。本文对近年来中医药治疗癌痛的研究进展进行综述。
Cancer pain is a common symptom of tumor patients,which is caused by the pressure or invasion of tumor on surrounding tissues,surgery,chemotherapy,and other treatment means or combined with another disease,which seriously affects the quality of life of tumor patients and interferes with the process and effectiveness of anti-tumor treatment.Western medicine treatment for cancer pain is not ideal for pain control due to its side effects,addiction,and drug resistance.Traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,acupuncture point injection,and other Chinese medicine means are widely used in clinical practice because of their high safety,low side effects and convenient application.This paper reviews the research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer pain in recent years.
