摘要
华庆油田三叠系延长组油藏采用注水开发且以污水回注为主,由于多层系采出水组成性质的差异,容易对储层造成污染。本文在分析华庆油田延长组地层水的性质、各离子含量以及水型的基础上,将主力开发层位长6地层水与其他层位地层水按不同比例混合后,在不同温度下测定混合液中的成垢离子含量,计算结垢量,分析结垢类型,并对结垢趋势进行预测。研究结果表明:长6地层水与其他层位地层水混合后均有不同程度的结垢现象,且以碳酸钙垢为主,可见多层系水的不配伍性是导致注水开发过程中长6储层污染的主要原因,从而为污水选择性回注及防垢解堵提供了理论依据。
The reservoir of Yanchang Formation of Triassic in Huaqing oilfield is developed by sewage reinjection.Because of the difference of the composition of the produced water in the multi-layer system,it is easy to pollute the reservoir.Based on the analysis of the properties,ion contents and water types of formation water in Yanchang formation of Huaqing oilfield,after mixing Chang 6 formation water with other formation water in different proportion,the content of scaling ion in the mixed solution was measured at different temperatures,the scaling amount was calculated,the scaling type was analyzed,and the scaling trend was predicted.The results showed that there were scaling phenomena in different degrees when the formation water of Chang 6 was mixed with that of other layers,and the main scaling was calcium carbonate.It can be seen that the incompatibility of multi-layer system water is the main cause of reservoir pollution in the process of water injection development,which provides a theoretical basis for selective injection of sewage and anti-scaling and descaling.
