摘要 船舶报警系统完善程度直接关系到船舶安全,为了使船员能有效进行航线调整,减少事故的发生,保证船舶安全,文章设计了一种船舶智能报警系统,应用于基于北斗卫星定位的船舶智能避碰报警终端。该系统通过北斗卫星定位单元来确认其他船舶的位置、航向及航速等信息,并通过数据采集单元采集本船舶的位置、航向及航速等信息,控制处理单元根据两种信息进行计算,在本船舶处于不同的航速时,采用不同的预警条件,在其他船舶的航行状态达到预警条件时,控制报警单元进行报警,以使本船能对其他船舶进行有效避让。在船舶进入港口区域时,因港口船舶密度过大,系统自动关闭报警避免不必要的扰乱,在船舶进入特定水域时,通过报警单元进行语音提示。这是一种智能化、使用方便的船舶报警系统,具有很大的实用价值,应用前景广阔。 The perfection of the ship alarm system is directly related to the ship safety. In order to enable the crew to effectively adjust the route, reduce the occurrence of accidents and ensure the ship safety, this paper designs a ship intelligent alarm system, which is applied to the ship intelligent collision avoidance alarm terminal based on Beidou satellite positioning developed by the company. In this system, Beidou satellite positioning unit is used to confirm the position, course and speed of other ships, and data acquisition unit is used to collect the position, course and speed of the ship. The control processing unit calculates according to the two kinds of information. When the ship is at different speed, different early warning conditions are used to reach the early warning conditions in the navigation state of other ships When the ship enters the port area, due to the excessive density of the ship in the port, the system will automatically turn off the alarm to avoid unnecessary disturbance. When the ship enters the specific water area, the alarm unit will give voice prompt. This is an intelligent and convenient ship alarm system, which has great practical value and wide application prospect.
