摘要 监控柜为无人机系统主要人机交互接口,现有地面控制站中监控柜功能简单、数量多,导致操纵人员多、经济成本大、机动性差。针对此问题,通过分析无人机各阶段作业特点,采用软硬件集成化、通用化、智能化设计方式,提出了综合监控柜的设计。硬件包括集成度高的两单元计算机和灵活配置的通用操纵台。在软件设计上,通过智能报警引导方式对飞机平台进行监控,使操纵人员精力集中于任务规划与任务信息获取。经飞行试验验证,此设计简化了无人机地面站硬件数量、方便了用户对无人机的使用。 Monitoring and control cabinet is the main man machine interaction interface of UAV system.In the existing ground control station,the function of monitoring and control cabinet is simple and its quatity is numerous.This leads to the need of more operators,high economic costs and poor mobility.In order to solve the problems,the design of comprehensive monitoring and control cabinet is put forward by analyzing the mission characteristics of UAV in different stages and adopting integrated,universal and intelligent design methods of software and hardware.Hardware includes two unit computer with high integration and general console with flexible configuration.In software design,the aircraft platform is monitored and controlled by software intelligent alarm and guidance,so that the operator′s attention is focused on mission planning and reconnaissance information acquisition.The flight test proves that the design simplifies the hardware quatity of UAV′s GCS and is convenient for users to use.
