摘要
目的探讨分析基于临床路径的教学模式提高小儿内科护理带教质量的价值。方法以2016年7月-2018年7月在该院小儿呼吸内科实习的46名实习护士作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组。23名对照组实习护士实施传统带教模式;23名观察组实习护士实施临床路径的教学模式。对比两组实习生带教结果。结果观察组的病史询问和病历书写、病例分析、基础理论考核、临床技能考核评分均高对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿内科护理带教中实施临床路径的教学模式,有效提高了临床带教质量,以及学生的带教满意度,具有极高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of clinical path-based teaching model to improve the quality of nursing teaching in pediatrics. Methods Forty-six internship nurses who practiced in pediatric respiratory medicine in the hospital from July2016 to July 2018 were taken as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 23 control group practice nurses implemented the traditional teaching mode;23 observation group practice nurses implemented the clinical path teaching mode. Compare the teaching results of the two groups of interns. Results The medical history inquiry and case writing, case analysis, basic theory assessment, and clinical skills assessment scores in the observation group were all higher in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than the control group, which has statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching mode of implementing clinical pathways in pediatric internal medicine nursing teaching has effectively improved the quality of clinical teaching and the teaching satisfaction of students.
