摘要
介绍当前工程设计中以高硫低酸原油、高酸高硫原油和高酸低硫原油为原料的三种常减压装置管道的选材情况。对常减压装置中容易发生腐蚀的几个部位进行腐蚀机理分析和选材分析。结论表明,三种原油装置在电脱盐部分注水管道的选材是一致的,材质均为碳钢,且有应力消除要求;三塔塔顶及后续冷凝冷却管道的选材也是一致的,材质均为碳钢,要求满足NACE标准,且有应力消除要求;对于240℃及以上的高温塔底管道、转油线和常减压塔高温侧线管道,高硫低酸装置选材可根据油品具体性质和操作温度在碳钢、1Cr5Mo和304L中选择,高酸高硫和高酸低硫装置可根据油品具体性质和操作温度在304L和316L中选择并根据实际工况考虑是否要求316L不锈钢的Mo重量含量大于2.5%。
This paper introduces the selection of piping materials for three types of atmospheric and vacuum unit pipelines using high-sulfur and low-acid crude oil,high-acid and high-sulfur crude oil and high-acid and low-sulfur crude oil as raw materials in the current engineering design.Corrosion mechanism analysis and material selection analysis are carried out on several parts of the atmospheric and vacuum unit that are prone to corrosion.The conclusion shows that the material selection of the water injection pipelines of the three crude oil units in the electric desalination section is the same,and the materials are all carbon steel,and with the requirement for stress relief.The material selection of the top of the three columns and the subsequent condensing and cooling pipelines are also the same,and the materials are all carbon steel,which is required to meet NACE standard and has stress relief requirements.For high-temperature bottom pipelines at 240°C and above,oil transfer lines and high-temperature side pipelines of atmospheric and vacuum columns,the materials for high-sulfur and low-acid units can be selected according to the specific properties and operating temperature of oil products from carbon steel,1Cr5Mo and 304L.The high-acid high-sulfur and high-acid low-sulfur units can be selected from 304L and 316L according to the specific properties of the oil and the operating temperature,and to consider whether the Mo content of 316L stainless steel is required to be greater than 2.5%according to actual working conditions.
