摘要 文章介绍了茂名石化公司第四套蒸馏装置的设计选材及设备腐蚀情况 ,指出装置防腐蚀设计应根据不同的腐蚀部位和腐蚀介质选用适宜的耐蚀材料。第四套蒸馏的经验证明 :当加工高硫低酸值原油时 ,若“一脱三注”措施完善并运行平稳 ,三顶系统可选用碳钢材质 ;对于塔体、容器等低流速部位选用 0Cr13复合板 ,而对于存在环烷酸腐蚀的转油线、炉出口管等高流速部位 ,则应采用 18- 8不锈钢 ;当循环水中Cl-含量超标时 ,其冷却器管束除可涂刷TH - 847等涂料防护外 ,可选用抗应力腐蚀开裂性能良好的 0 The material selection in the design of 4# crude distillation unit of Maoming Petrochemical company and equipment corrosion were introduced. It was suggested that the proper corrosion resistant materials should be selected based upon the specific corrosion section and corrosive media in the corrosion protection design. The operation experience of 4# crude distillation unit demonstrated that: the carbon steel material could be selected for the overhead systems of three towers if high-sulfur and low-acid value crude was processed and effective 'one removal and three injections' were implemented; 18-8 stainless steel should be adopted for the oil transfer lines where corrosion of naphthenic acid was present and high-velocity section like outlet of the furnaces; SCC-resistant 08Cr2AlMo should be considered for the tube bundles of the heat exchange equipment in addition to the application of TH-847 coating when cooling water contained excessive Cl -.
