气田水回注管道结垢原因及防垢技术探讨 被引量:5

摘要 气田水回注管道结垢将降低注水效率,同时会诱发注水井管线局部腐蚀、泄漏、穿孔,增加维修费用,针对如何解决管道结垢的问题,通过深入分析气田水管道结垢机理和对比物理防垢、化学防垢和工艺法防垢3类技术的优缺点和适用范围,提出预防管道结垢的建议,包括将站内金属管道改为双金属复合管;气田管理过程中需充分结合3个技术进行管道防垢处理;建立管线结垢方面的数据库,积累数据资料并完善结垢监测系统。 Scaling occurring in gasfield-water reinjection pipelines may not only decrease injection efficiency but also bring out corrosion, leakage, and boring partly in these pipelines of water-injection wells, further resulting in an increase of maintenances fee In this paper, scaling mechanisms are analyzed, and some advantages and disadvantages of three approaches, including physical chemical, and technological anti scaling, are presented. And many suggestions on anti scaling are made, such as, substituting in-station metal pipeline for dual-metal compound pipeline, combining with three above- mentioned approaches during an anti- scaling process, setting up a data set about scaling, accumulating these data, and improving a system for monitoring scaling.
