摘要
癫痫的发病机制较为复杂,过去许多研究集中在神经元细胞在癫痫发病中的作用。近些年研究发现,神经胶质细胞与癫痫的发病关系密切,故神经胶质细胞在癫痫发病中的作用成为研究热点。该文将神经胶质细胞在癫痫发病中的作用研究进行综述。
The pathogenesis of epilepsy is complex.In the past,many studies have focused on the role of neurons in the pathogenesis of epilepsy.In recent years,it has been found that glial cells are closely related to the onset of epilepsy.Therefore,the role of glial cells in the pathogenesis of epilepsy has become a research hotspot.This article reviews the role of glial cells in the pathogenesis of epilepsy.
