摘要
大力推进生态经济建设,是我国经济社会发展的重大战略转型。它顺应世界生态现代化的必然趋势,是不断满足人民日益增长优美生态的迫切需要,是实现我国经济社会高质量发展的内在要求。大力推进生态经济建设,必须牢固树立生态经济理念:价值观上超越工具理性,崇尚价值理性;发展观上超越经济优先,树立生态优先观念;消费观上超越物质主义,倡导绿色消费。大力推进生态经济建设,必须实现政策转换:积极培育绿色文化,造就理性生态经济人;构建绿色经济发展模式,实施生态主导型现代化发展战略;着力发展绿色政治,建设绿色政府,推行绿色治理。
Promoting the construction of ecological economy vigorously is a major strategic transformation of China's economic and social development.It conforms to the inevitable trend of the world's ecological modernization,meet the people's urgent needs of growing beautiful ecology,and also is China's inherent requirement to achieve high-quality economic and social development.We must firmly establish the concepts of ecological economy:transcending instrumental rationality and advocating value rationality,transcending economic priority and establishing ecological priority,transcending materialism and advocating green consumption.In addition,policy transformation must be realized:actively cultivating green culture and bring up rational ecological economic human,constructing the green economy development pattern and carrying out the ecological modernization development strategy,working hard to develop the green politics,build green government and promote green governance.
