摘要
传统现代化理论由于缺乏生态哲学的理论维度和生态思维的有效规范,将现代化得以有效运作的生态系统前提和自然承载基础统统遮蔽,因此,人类社会的现代化进程遭遇来自自然资源体系和生态环境系统的严峻挑战。生态现代化是现代化进程中的现代生态革命,是生态哲学原理和方法在经济、政治、社会、文化等广阔领域的全面渗透和广泛辐射而引发的现代化模式的生态化转型。生态现代化自觉促使经济增长和环境保护成为和谐互动的有机系统,积极推动经济社会的科学发展、自然资源的保护增值和生态系统的修复改善三者之间的有效结合,从而开启整个人类发展进程从"工业社会"向"生态社会"之绿色资本与生态文明之路的有序转换。
The theory of ecological modernization is a new thought in the third wave of the modernization,coming after the theory of classic modernization and the theory of post-modernization.At the end of the 20th century,the theory of the ecological modernization emerged at the historical moment when the western developed countries underwent a transition to environment-oriented industrial society.The ecological modernization spurs economic growth and environmental protection becoming mutual promotion but not restrict each other,thereby,a road of green capital and ecological civilization has been opened.Therefore,we put forward backgrounds,causes,main connotations and major viewpoints to put the ecological modernization in order and do some necessary references to China′s ecological modernization construction.
