摘要
提出了一种新型叉车护顶架结构,采用数值模拟方法对新型护顶架进行动载和冲击下落的仿真分析,得到护顶架在动载冲击和冲击下落最大位移分别为11.2mm和13.44mm。仿真结果表明,新型护顶架具有良好的抵抗变形能力和安全性能,同时有利于增大驾驶空间,符合设计标准,为叉车护顶架结构提供了更多设计方案。
Based on the proposed structure of a new falling object protective structures, the dynamic load and impact drop of the a new falling object protective structures and analyzed by numerical simulation method, and the maximum displacement of the new falling object protective structuresunder dynamic load impact and impact drop is obtained to be 11.2 mm and 13.44 mm. The simulation results show that the new falling object protective structures has good deformation resistance and safety performance, at the same time, it is beneficial to increase the driving space, meet the design standards, and also provide more design schemes for the new falling object protective structures.
