摘要
主要研究了装载机落物保护装置受到落物冲击发生塑性大变形的问题,建立了落物保护装置受瞬态冲击响应的有限元结构动力学方程。以某型号的装载机为例,建立了落物保护装置的非线性有限元模型并讨论了载荷的施加方法和网格的划分,分析了落物保护装置的主要设计参数对顶板中心点最大位移的影响,落物保护装置的动态仿真结果为结构的改进设计提供了依据。并在试验台上对该落物保护装置进行了落锤冲击试验,试验结果和仿真结果吻合得较好。
Elastic plastic large deformation is mainly re- searched when falling object protective structures of wheel loaders suffer from impact load. The dynamic equations for the ilnpact load of the falling object protective structures are established. A typical failing object protective structure is taken as an example, the non- linear finite element model of the falling object protective structures is set up and the meshing technique and loading method are dis- cussed. Through numerical simulation, the influence of major de- sign parameters on the largest elastic plastic deformation of the top cover, the dynamic simulation of the falling objective protective structures will provide the basis for the structural design. The fall- ing object experiment is carried out on the test equipment, and the simulation results are accord with those of the experiment.
