摘要
针对某型叉车护顶架质量大且其安全性不能满足法规的要求,对护顶架进行了改进设计。为了确定改进后叉车顶架抵抗跌落物动载安全性能,首先建立了某型号叉车整车有限元模型,基于国际标准ISO 6055采用LS-DYNA软件进行了叉车护顶架跌落物动载安全性的整车仿真和实车试验,仿真分析和实车试验结果均表明该型叉车护顶架具有良好抵抗变形的能力和安全性能,两者数据一致性好,改进后的护顶架安全性较好的满足了法规要求且其质量减少了8%。
The forklift overhead guard (OHG) was improve based on a massive OHG and its inability to meet the requirments of regulation. In order to determine the dynamic safety performance of improved forklift OHG resist to falling object, a finite element model for the forklift is bulit and a simulation on the forklift OHG which resist dynamic load of falling object is performed according to the international standard ISO 6055 by using LS-DYNA software. Both the simulation result and test date shows that the OHG has the hility to resiste permanent deflection and good safety performance,the simulation rusult agreeed well with test, the improved OHG meets the requirments of regulation and its mass ruduce 8%.
