延续护理对阿尔茨海默病患者疾病知识、态度、行为效果及生活质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨延续护理干预对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者疾病知识、态度、行为效果及生活质量的影响.方法选2017年1月~2018年6月在我院收治的158例AD患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组和研究组,各79例,对照组给予常规健康宣教和出院指导,并于出院后常规门诊复诊,研究组给予延续护理服务;观察出院时、干预6个月后,采用自行设计AD知识、行为认知及态度问卷及阿尔茨海默病生活质量量表(QOL-AD)对两组患者进行调查.结果出院后6个月,研究组知识认知、态度及行为认知得分均优于出院前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量各项评分及总评分均优于出院前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论延续护理干预可以提高AD患者出院后的对疾病知识、态度、行为的认知程度,改善患者的生活质量. Objective To evaluate the effects of continuity care intervention on the knowledge,attitude,behaviors and quality of life of Alzheimer's disease patients.Methods Totally Alzheimer's disease patients in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research object,and they were assigned to the study group(n=79)and the control group(n=79).Patients in the control group were given routine health education and discharge guidance,and they went to the routine clinics for return visit;patients in the study group were given continuity care intervention.At the time of discharge,6 months after intervention,Self-design Alzheimer's disease knowledge,attitude,behaviors and Quality of Life Alzheimer's disease(QOL-AD)was used to survey two groups of patients.Results 6 months after hospital discharge,The scores of knowledge,attitude and behaviors were better in the study group than those of the prehospital and the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the quality of life of were better in the study group than those of the pre-hospital and the control group Group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuity care intervention can improve the knowledge,attitude,behavior awareness of Alzheimer’s disease,as well as the quality of life of patients.
