摘要
由于教育技术是教育与技术深度融合而形成的领域,在现实中资本就通过与技术的密切关系而支持教育技术的发展。资本增值的内驱力强力地推动着教育技术的开发,而资本流通则在实现资本增值的过程中优化教育技术。教育的公益性、非营利性将资本支持教育技术发展的直接方式限定在非常有限的范围之内,于是资本对教育技术的发展就主要采取间接的支持方式,需要通过教育政策、技术迭代、社会舆论等中介因素才能完整地发挥支持作用。因经济对教育的强势影响,资本在支持教育技术发展的过程中极易产生一种超限作用,不顾资本对教育技术发展的间接支持方式,按照借助技术获利的资本属性和技术市场的经济规律而发展教育技术,从而扭曲了教育技术的发展逻辑、加剧了教育技术的创用分离、减小了教育技术的创新动力。为了科学地运用资本促进教育技术的可持续发展,需要理清资本支持教育技术发展的理念、制定“低投入、高效益”的发展战略、构建教育技术创新的市场选择机制和建立“学校-政府-企业”协同支持机制。
As educational technology is a field formed by the deep integration of education and technology,capital supports the development of educational technology through its close relationship with technology in reality.The internal driving force of capital appreciation strongly promotes the development of educational technology,while capital circulation optimizes educational technology in the process of realizing capital appreciation.The public welfare and non-profit nature of education limits the direct way of capital supporting the development of educational technology to a very limited range,so the capital mainly adopts the indirect way of support to the development of educational technology,which needs to play a full supporting role through such intermediary factors as education policy,technology iteration and public opinion.Due to the strong impact of economy on education,capital is apt to have an over-limiting effect in its process of supporting educational technology development and develop educational technology in disregard of the indirect support mode of capital for the educational technology development and in accordance with the capital attribute of technological profit and the economic law of technological market,thus distorting the developing logic of educational technology,enlarging the gap between its production and application,and reducing its innovative power.In order to use capital scientifically to promote the sustainable development of educational technology,it is necessary to clarify the concept of capital supporting educational technology development,formulate the development strategy of“low investment and high benefit”,construct the market selection mechanism of educational technology innovation and establish the“school-government-enterprise”cooperative support mechanism.
