摘要
目的:探讨新生儿肺炎应用多学科协同护理模式对预后影响研究。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的100例新生儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为两组。常规护理方法应用于对照组患儿,多学科协同护理模式应用于研究组患儿。比较两组患儿临床指标时间,患儿家属肺炎知识评分、疾病预防评分、排痰护理评分、病情观察评分、药物管理评分、预防复发评分等家属护理能力及患儿家属满意度。结果:研究组患儿的体温恢复时间、平喘时间、咯痰停止时间、咳嗽消失时间、住院时间均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肺炎知识评分、疾病预防评分、排痰护理评分、病情观察评分、药物管理评分、预防复发评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家属临床护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用多学科协同护理模式可明显改善新生儿肺炎的各项指标,可以明显提高其治疗依从性,家属护理能力及护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model on the prognosis of neonatal pneumonia.Method:A total of 100 cases of neonatal pneumonia in our hospital were selected as the research object and divided into two groups by random number table method.Conventional nursing methods were applied to the control group and multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model was applied to the study group.The time of clinical indicators was compared between the two groups.The scores of pneumonia knowledge,disease prevention,expectoration nursing,observation of illness,drug management and relapse prevention were compared between the two groups.The family satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated.Result:Compared with the control group,the recovery time of body temperature,asthma relieving time,sputum stopping time,cough disappearing time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly better,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pneumonia knowledge,disease prevention,expectoration nursing,condition observation,drug management and relapse prevention in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the nursing families’satisfaction with clinical nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-disciplinary collaborative nursing model can significantly improve the indicators of neonatal pneumonia,and can significantly improve the treatment compliance,family nursing ability and nursing satisfaction.
