摘要
目的分析多学科协作护理在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取2018年1月—2019年12月50例医院收治缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿,按照分层随机法分为两组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组则采取多学科协作护理。观察两组患儿住院期间并发症发生率以及临床护理效果的差异,并询问两组家属对护理的满意度。结果观察组与对照组患儿住院期间并发症发生率为8.0%和44.0%,护理有效率分别为96.0%和80.0%,观察组患儿住院期间并发症发生率以及护理有效率均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.420、13.421,P=0.005、0.006);观察组家属的护理满意度(92.0%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.465,P=0.003)。结论多学科协作护理能够有效降低缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿住院期间的并发症发生率,从而提高临床护理效果,有助于改善患儿的预后情况。
Objective To analyze the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in the nursing of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,50 cases of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the stratified random method.The control group took routine care,while the observation group took multidisciplinary collaborative care.Observe the difference in the incidence of complications and clinical nursing effects between the two groups of children during hospitalization,and ask the family members of the two groups about their satisfaction with nursing.Results The incidence of complications during hospitalization of the observation group and the control group was 8.0%and 44.0%,and the effective rates of nursing were 96.0%and 80.0%,respectively.The incidence of complications during hospitalization and the effective rate of nursing in the observation group were significantly better in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.420,13.421,P=0.005,0.006);the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was significantly(92.0%)higher than that of the control group(80.0%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.465,P=0.003).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications during hospitalization of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,thereby improving clinical nursing effects and helping to improve the prognosis of children.
