摘要
目的探究小儿肺炎患者通过基于协同护理指导的医护与家庭成员共同参与方法进行护理取得的效果。方法选择2021年1月至2023年12月陈埭中心卫生院收治的159例小儿肺炎患儿,采用随机数字表法分成对照组、研究组,分别纳入79例、80例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以基于协同护理指导的医护与家庭成员共同参与护理。对比两组护理满意度、依从性、症状改善时间、负性情绪、生活质量。结果研究组护理满意度、患儿依从性、生活质量评分比对照组高(均P<0.05)。研究组症状缓解时间均比对照组短(均P<0.001)。研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论基于协同护理指导的医护与家庭成员共同参与的护理应用于小儿肺炎护理中可以加快症状消失,减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患儿依从性及生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing care for children with pneumonia through collaborative nursing guidance based on medical care and family members'participation.Methods A total of 159 children with pediatric pneumonia admitted to Chen Dai Central Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group using the random number table method,with 79 and 80 cases included,respectively.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given participatory care based on collaborative care guidance between health care and family members.The two groups were compared in terms of nursing satisfaction,compliance,symptom improvement time,negative emotions,and quality of life.Results Satisfaction with care,child compliance,and quality of life scores were higher in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Symptom relief time was shorter in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.001).SAS and SDS scores were all lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of nursing care based on collaborative nursing guidance and the participation of family members is effective in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia.
