摘要
目的构建乳腺癌专科护理质量指标体系,为乳腺癌护理质量评价与监控提供理论依据。方法基于Donabedian“结构-过程-结果”理论,采用文献研究法和半结构式访谈提取潜在的乳腺癌专科护理质量指标,形成乳腺癌专科护理质量指标体系,通过专家函询法,明确乳腺癌专科护理质量指标体系内容。结果3轮专家函询的专家权威系数分别为0.836、0.835和0.910,判断系数分别为0.961、0.945和0.980,熟悉程度分别为0.711、0.725和0.840,专家协调系数W值分别为0.080、0.128和0.117(P<0.05)。最终形成乳腺癌专科护理质量指标体系一级指标3项、二级指标15项、三级指标47项。结论构建的乳腺癌专科护理质量指标体系科学、合理,专科特色突出,具有科学性和合理性,能为临床乳腺癌护理质量评价提供参考依据。
Objective To establish the quality indicator system for breast oncology nursing,and provide basis for evaluation and monitoring of breast oncology nursing quality.Methods Based on the theory of Donabedian's structure-process-out come model,Literature review,semi-structured interview and Delphi method were adopted to determine the nursing quality indicator system.Results Three rounds of expert consultation were conducted.Authority coefficients were 0.836,0.835,0.910.Judgement coefficients were 0.961,0.945,0.980.Familiarity coefficients were 0.711,0.725,0.840 respectively.Coordination coefficients were 0.080,0.128,0.117(P<0.05).The final quality indicator system included 3 first level indicators,15 second level indicators,47 third level indicators.Conclusion Established quality indicator system for breast oncology nursing is scientific and rational,which can be regard as a reference for evaluation and monitoring of breast oncology nursing quality.
