摘要
目的医养结合背景下构建居家失能老年人健康管理需求评估指标体系,旨在科学、系统地评估居家失能老年人的健康需求,推进和完善居家失能老年人的健康支持体系。方法通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈及德尔菲法确立了居家失能老年人健康管理需求评估指标体系。结果2轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率为100%、94.44%,权威系数为0.86、0.87,专家意见趋于一致。最终形成了包含4项一级指标、9项二级指标、36项三级指标的居家失能老年人健康管理需求评估指标体系。结论构建的居家失能老年人健康管理需求评估指标体系科学、合理、实用且内容具有针对性,可为居家失能老年人健康服务体系的制订提供参考。
Objective To construct the evaluation index system of health management needs for home-based care of the disabled elderly under the background of combination of medical and health care,in order to scientifically and systematically assess the health needs of the elderly disabled,promote and improve the health support system for the disabled elderly.Methods Through literature review,semi-structured interviews and Delphi method,the index system for assessing the health management needs of the disabled elderly was established.Results The effective recovery rates of 2 rounds of expert consultation were 100%and 94.44%respectively.The expert opinions tended to be consistent.Finally,the index system of the health management needs assessment for home-based care of disabled elderly with 4 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 36 third-level indicators was formed.Conclusion The constructed index system of health assessment needs for the disabled elderly is scientific,reasonable,practical and content-oriented,which can provide references for the formulation of the health service system for the disabled elderly.
