摘要
目的:对比研究在为糖尿病患者实施治疗的过程中胰岛素泵与常规胰岛素注射的疗效。方法:本次实验研究的84例对象纳入时间在2018年1月~2019年1月,均为在本院接受糖尿病治疗的患者,按照患者治疗意愿的不同将患者分为人数相等的两组,运用胰岛素泵的42例患者作为胰岛素泵组,运用常规胰岛素注射治疗的42例患者作为胰岛素注射组。结果:在空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血糖达标时间以及平均胰岛素用量和低血糖发生率、血糖控制有效率的比较上,胰岛素泵组患者与胰岛素注射组患者存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:运用胰岛素泵为糖尿病患者实施治疗可以将血糖更好地控制在合理的范围内,减少了胰岛素的用量和低血糖的出现,缩短了血糖达标的时间,是一种理想的胰岛素应用方法。
Objective:To compare the efficacy of insulin pump and conventional insulin injection in the treatment of diabetic patients.Methods:The 84 subjects enrolled in this experimental study were from January 2018 to January 2019.They were all patients receiving diabetes treatment in our hospital.The patients were divided into two equal groups according to the different treatment wishes of the patients.Forty-two patients with insulin pump were used as the insulin pump group,and 42 patients treated with conventional insulin injection were used as the insulin injection group.Results:In comparison of fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,blood glucose reaching standard time,average insulin dosage,incidence of hypoglycemia,and effective blood glucose control,there were significant differences between the insulin pump group and the insulin injection group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of insulin pump for the treatment of diabetic patients can better control the blood glucose within a reasonable range,reduce the amount of insulin and the occurrence of hypoglycemia,and shorten the time to reach the blood glucose standard,to be widely clinically promoted.
