摘要
[目的]观察降糖舒络方联和西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]将70例门诊糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组。对照组35例血塞通分散片、弥可保;治疗组35例在常规治疗基础上,给予降糖舒络方。两组均1个月为1疗程。治疗1疗程(30d)进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),证侯疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),FBG、PBG、TC、TG治疗组明显降低(P<0.05),对照组变化不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]降糖舒络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可改善临床症状、降糖、降脂,安全有效,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the hypoglycemic Shuluo side even and Western medicine in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.[Methods] 70 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.A control group of 35 cases,with Xuesaitong dispersible tablets;35 cases in the treatment group on the basis of routine treatment,given the hypoglycemic Shuluo party.The two groups were 1 months for 1 courses.1 courses of treatment（30days） to judge the curative effect.[Results] the treatment group curative effect in treatment group than in control group（P0.05）,symptom and curative effect in treatment group than in control group（P0.05）,FBG,PBG treatment group decreased significantly（P0.05）,the control group did not change significantly（P 0.05）;TC,TG treatment group were significantly reduced（P 0.05）,the control group did not change significantly（P 0.05）.[Conclusion] Hypoglycemic Shuluo Decoction in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve clinical symptoms,hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,safe and effective,worthy of promotion.
