解钾菌ZMD02的解钾活性及生长特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用火焰分光光度法对从烟草根际土壤中分离到细菌ZMD02的解钾活性进行了测定,结果表明,在28℃、180 r/min条件下发酵培养7 d后,菌株ZMD02发酵液中水溶性速效钾含量达1.5μg/mL,故将ZMD02定性为硅酸盐菌株。对ZMD02的生长特性研究表明,ZMD02对不同糖源的发酵产气能力表现为葡萄糖>麦芽糖>乳糖>直链淀粉>支链淀粉;对碳同化能力表现为麦芽糖>葡萄糖>乳糖>直链淀粉>支链淀粉;ZMD02对不同氮源的同化能力表现为酵母膏>蛋白胨>硫酸铵>硝酸钾>尿素;ZMD02的最适生长温度为30℃,最适pH为7。ZMD02菌株可作为烟草生物钾肥开发的备用菌株。 The potassium activity of bacteria ZMD02 isolated from tobacco rhizosphere soil was determined by flame spectrophotometry.The results showed that after 7 days of fermentation at 28℃and 180 r/min,the content of water-soluble rapidly available potassium in ZMD02 fermentation broth reached 1.5μg/mL.Therefore,ZMD02 was characterized as silicate strain.The growth characteristics of ZMD02 showed that the order of fermentation capacity of ZMD02 to different sugar sources was glucose>maltose>lactose>amylose>amylose.The order of carbon assimilation ability was maltose>glucose>lactose>amylose>amylose.The order of assimilation ability of ZMD02 to different nitrogen sources was yeast extract>peptone>ammonium sulfate>nitrate>urea.The optimum growth temperature of ZMD02 was 30℃and the optimum pH was 7.ZMD02 strain could be used as an alternative strain for the development of biopotash fertilizer in tobacco.
