解钾菌的研究进展及其在农业生产中的应用 被引量:35

摘要 随着大量化肥的施用,特别是多施氮磷、不施或少施钾肥,使得北方土壤的缺钾现象越来越严重。目前,生产中多施用化学钾肥来补充钾素,但存在可用原料匮乏、成本高且易造成土壤板结等问题。土壤中的钾含量丰富,但多以难溶的矿物态存在,而解钾菌的研究和应用实现了矿物钾的生物有效化利用。围绕解钾菌的解钾机理、解钾条件和解钾效果阐述了其研究进展,通过解钾菌对作物、土壤及环境的影响阐明其在农业生产中的应用,并提出了进一步的研究和探索方向。 Because of large quantities application of chemical fertilization, especially more N and P, less or even no K, the phenomenon of soil potassium deficiency become more and more serious. Usually most people prefer to apply chemical fertilizer to comple- ment potassium, but due to the lack of raw materials, the high cost and the negative influence to soil it less applied. Potassium in the soil is rich, but most is insoluble, the research and application of silicate bacteria makes the biological effective utilization of the mineral potassium possible. This paper mainly expound the research progress around the releasing mechanism, conditions and the effect of bacteria, then it illustrates its application in agricultural production by introducing the influence on crops, soils and environment, and we proposed the further research and exploration direction as well.
