摘要 黄体的发育依赖于早期新生血管的形成,黄体血管网的建立始于排卵前的卵泡,在促黄体生成素的刺激下排卵,形成早期黄体,开始迅速的生长,并伴有强烈的血管形成。该文综述了黄体新生血管形成的分子机制,为进一步理解黄体功能及操纵黄体提供重要的理论依据。 The development of corpus luteum depends on the formation of early angiogenesis.The establishment of the vascular network in the corpus luteum begins with preovulatory follicles,ovulating under the stimulation of luteinizing hormone and forming early corpus luteum,which begins to grow rapidly and is accompanied by intense angiogenesis.This article reviewed the molecular mechanism of luteal neovascularization,which will provide an important theoretical basis for further understanding the luteal function and luteal manipulation.
