摘要
基于Masta软件建立某减速器仿真分析模型,分析结果显示该减速器中间轴前轴承承受的径向载荷过大,寿命、可靠性均不满足设计要求。通过选用合适轴承类型、改变齿轮参数和齿轮布置等技术措施,分析其对轴承受力情况及可靠性的影响机理,发现选择高性能轴承能提高减速器的使用寿命,优化齿轮参数和合理的布置齿轮位置能有效提高轴承的可靠性。
Based on Masta software,a simulation analysis model of a reducer is established.The analysis results show that the intermediate shaft front bearing radial load is too large,and the life and reliability do not meet the design requirements.Through the selection of suitable bearing types,changing gear parameters and gear arrangement,the influence mechanism on the bearing force and reliability of the bearing is analyzed.The choice of high-performance bearings can improve the service life of the reducer,andoptimizing the gear parameters and arranging the gear position reasonably can improve the reliability of the bearing.
