摘要
运用MSC .NASTRAN软件以齿轮箱体振动加速度最小为目标函数,以动应力和动位移为约束条件对其进行动力优化设计;介绍了动力优化设计的详细过程,动力优化设计降低了齿轮箱体的振动幅值和变形;分析了齿轮箱体动力响应优化设计结果。
The dynamical optimization of gear box is presented to minimize the value of vibration acceleration under the constraints of dynamical stress and displacement. The process of optimization is described in detail. The level of the vibration and displacement of the gear box is reduced after optimization, and the results of the optimum design of the gear box are analyzed.
