摘要
为实现多轴动力头齿轮传动机构的快速布局,提高多轴动力头的设计效率,对齿轮传动机构进行了排除齿轮挂接时干涉现象并进行自动布局的研究,提出了进行快速布局的计算方法,使设计人员快速解决齿轮传动机构设计中齿轮挂接时的干涉问题。
In order to realize the new placement of the multi-spindle gear mechanism,improve the design efficiency of the multi-spindle,a research on the exclusion of the gear mechanism interference,automatic layout are made,and a new placement calculation method is proposed so that the designer can solve the interference problem of the gear mechanism when the gear is combined.
