助产士工作坊教学模式的目标设计及实现路径 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨助产士工作坊教学模式的目标设计及实现路径。方法:选择2018年1月至6月某三甲医院已完成规范化培训的30名助产士为对照组,采用常规规范化培训方法,即以产科带教教师"教"与助产士"学"为主的常规教学方法。选取2019年1月至6月某三甲医院进行规范化培训的助产士30名为试验组,采用工作坊教学模式进行,通过理论培训、头脑风暴、模拟仿真教学、真实情景再现及临床实践教学进行。2组助产士均进行120学时的理论授课和120学时的产科一对一临床实践带教,培训结束后进行理论、操作考核和评判性思维技能测验。结果:2组助产士的理论成绩总分、各项得分及操作考核总分比较,试验组显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 01);2组助产士的评判性思维能力总分及5个维度分数比较,试验组显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论:工作坊教学模式应用于助产士规范化培训中,是以助产士为中心,以助产士应具备的知识储备为导向,使助产士的学习动机始终处于激活的状态,调动其学习与实践积极性,提升综合能力。 Objective: To explore the design and realization of workshop teaching mode in midwifery teaching. Methods: Thirty midwives who had completed standardized training in a Grade-A Tertiary hospital from Jan to Jun 2018 were selected as the control group,and the routine standardized training method was adopted,which based on obstetric teachers’ teaching and midwives’ learning.Thirty midwives undergoing standardized training in the same hospital from Jan to Jun 2019 were selected as the experimental group and were trained by workshop teaching mode,which was conducted through theoretical training,brainstorming,virtual simulation teaching,real scene reproduction and clinical practice teaching. Both groups were given 120 hours of theory teaching and 120 hours of one-to-one clinical practice teaching in obstetrics. After the training,theoretical examination,operational assessment and critical thinking appraisal were conducted. Results: The total scores of theoretical examination and operational assessment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 01). The total score of critical thinking ability and scores of each dimension in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusions:Workshop teaching mode is applied to midwifery standardized training. It is centered on midwives and guided by knowledge reserve that midwives should possess. It can activate midwives’ learning motivation,mobilize their enthusiasm for learning and practice,and enhance their comprehensive ability.
