摘要
目的:探讨儿科临床带教中临床路径结合案例为基础的教学(CBL)应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年11月四川护理职业学院附属医院的78名儿科实习生作为研究对象,按照时间顺序分为对照组与研究组,2022年12月—2023年5月为对照组,2023年6月—11月为研究组,每组各39人。对照组沿用了传统的教学方法,研究组采纳融合临床路径与CBL法的全新教学模式,多方面进行统计分析。结果:研究组理论成绩与操作成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.902、5.016,P<0.001);两组实习生知识、品质、特征及技能得分均提升,但研究组提升更明显,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.817、2.942、3.979,P<0.05);研究组批判性思维能力得分提升幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(t=6.288,P<0.05);研究组教学满意度(94.87%)高于对照组(79.49%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.129,P<0.05)。结论:儿科临床带教中应用临床路径结合CBL法可取得良好效果,在学生对教学状况满意度较高的基础上,能够明显提升学生批判性思维能力,全面提升其综合素养。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of clinical pathway combined with case-based learning(CBL)in pediatric clinical teaching.Methods:78 pediatric interns from December 2022 to November 2023 were selected according to the chronological order.Based on the time sequence,the participants were divided into a control group and a study group,with 39 pediatric interns in each.The control group continued to use traditional teaching methods,while the study group adopted a new teaching mode that integrates clinical pathways with the CBL teaching approach,conduct statistical analysis from multiple aspects.Results:The theoretical and practical scores of the study group were both higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=3.902,5.016;P<0.001);both groups showed improvements in scores related to knowledge,qualities,characteristics,and skills,but the study group demonstrated more significant improvements(t=2.817,2.942,3.979;P<0.05);the study group exhibited a larger increase in scores for critical thinking ability(t=6.288,P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the study group(94.87%)was higher than that of the control group(79.49%),with a statistically significant difference(χ2=4.129,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical pathway combined with CBL teaching method in pediatric clinical teaching can achieve good results,on the basis of students’high satisfaction with the teaching situation,this teaching method can significantly enhance their critical thinking ability and comprehensively improve their overall qualities.
