摘要
目的研究在产房助产中应用宫底按压助产法的价值。方法选取2021年4月至2022年4月菏泽市妇幼保健院的80例产妇(住院待产),随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规分娩管理,观察组则应用宫底按压助产法进行助产。比较两组的会阴侧切、会阴裂伤发生情况,同时比较两组的自然分娩率和产程。结果观察组的会阴侧切率低于对照组,自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的会阴裂伤情况轻于对照组,第二产程和第三产程短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产房助产中应用宫底按压助产法的效果理想,在缩短产程、提高自然分娩率方面有积极作用,且可降低会阴侧切及会阴裂伤的发生风险。
Objective To study the application value of uterine fundus pressing in midwifery in delivery room.Methods From April 2021 to April 2022,80 parturient(hospitalized for labor)in Heze Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine delivery management,while the observation group was assisted by uterine fundus pressing in midwifery.The incidence of lateral episiotomy and perineal laceration was compared between the two groups,and the natural delivery rate and labor were compared between the two groups.Results The lateral episiotomy rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the natural delivery rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The perineal laceration of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group,the second and third labor stages were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of uterine fundus pressing in midwifery is effective in shortening the labor and improving the natural delivery rate,and can reduce the risk of lateral episiotomy and perineal laceration.
