Serological Detection for Sheep Brucellosis in Guizhou Province During 2016 to 2018

摘要 为了解近年来贵州省羊群布鲁氏菌病流行情况和发展趋势,2016-2018年根据贵州省动物疫病监测与流行病学调查计划中的采样方案,采集全省9个市(州)和3个直管县3 346个场次227 539份未免疫羊血清样品,采用虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)、试管凝集试验(SAT)进行布鲁氏菌检测,并就不同年份、不同类型养殖模式的个体阳性率和群体阳性率进行统计分析。结果显示:3年共检出布鲁氏菌阳性样品5 679份,个体总阳性率为2.50%(5 679/227 539),群体总阳性率为9.06%(303/3 346);2016-2018年个体阳性率从3.19%下降至1.81%,群体阳性率从11.22%下降至4.46%,均呈逐年下降趋势,表明贵州省布鲁氏菌病防控工作取得了一定成效,羊群布鲁氏菌病感染得到一定程度的控制;从不同类别场点来看,散养户群体阳性率(12.81%)>种畜场(7.53%)>商品代饲养场户(6.76%),说明散养户是布病传播的重要风险点,应加强重点控制;商品代饲养场户个体阳性率偏高,种畜场阳性率无明显下降,说明此类场点的布病风险也不容忽视,需要进一步加强饲养管理和生物安全管理,加快推进布病净化。本研究为贵州省羊群重大动物疫病的预警预防提供了参考。 In order to recognize the prevalence and development of sheep brucellosis in Guizhou Province during 2016 to 2018,as per the sampling plan specified in the animal disease monitoring and epidemiological investigation program of Guizhou Province,a total of 227 539 serum samples were randomly collected from sheep without vaccination in 3 346 farms/times in 9 cities(prefectures)and 3 counties directly under the province,and the Brucella was tested by rose bengal plate agglutination test(RBT)and standard-tube agglutination test(SAT),then the positive rates at individual and group level under different breeding modes during different years were statistically analyzed. The results showed that a total of 5 679 positive samples were detected,the total positive rate at individual level was 2.50%(5 679/227 539),and that at group level was 9.06%(303/3 346);during 2016 to 2018,the positive rate at individual level decreased from 3.19% to 1.81%,and the rate at the group level reduced from 11.22% to 4.46%,which indicated that the disease was effectively controlled;the positive rates at group level in different premises were as follows:free-range households(12.81%)> breeding farms(7.53%)> commercial farms/households(6.76%),indicating the risk points of brucellosis spreading mainly existed in freerange households which should be strictly controlled;the positive rate at individual level in commercial farms/households was higher,and that in breeding farms decreased slightly,which indicated the risk in such premises should also be concerned. Therefore,it was necessary to further strengthen the management of feeding and biological safety so as to push forward the purification of sheep brucellosis. Some references were hereby provided for early warning,prevention and control of sheep major animal diseases in Guizhou Province.
