摘要
为了解那曲地区牛羊蓝舌病的流行情况,从双湖、尼玛、嘉黎、安多和聂荣等5个县采集羊血清样品904份、牛血清样品739份,应用ELISA抗体检测法对蓝舌病进行血清学调查。在被检的904份羊血清中,检出阳性样品8份,平均阳性率为0.88%,在牛血清中未检测出阳性样本。调查结果表明那曲地区羊群中存在蓝舌病病毒的感染。
In order to understand epidemiological situation of bluetongue in bovine and sheep, 904 sheep and 739 bo- vine serum samples from 5 counties of Shuanghu, Nima, Jiali, Anduo and Nierong in Naqu prefecture were detected by ELISA assay. The results showed that 8 positive serum antibodies were detected in the sheep serum samples, and average positive rate was 0.88%（8/904）. But there were no positive serum antibody in the bovine serum samples. It＇s indicated that there was bluetongue infection in the sheep of Naqu prefecture.
