摘要
为了掌握黔东南州山羊布鲁氏菌病的感染情况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据,2012年采集了4个县的部分规模养羊场血清共1 461份(A县541份、B县410份、C县368份、D县142份),先用琥红平板试验进行检测,将检出的阳性血清再用试管凝集试验进行确定。结果:A县阳性数43份,阳性率为7.94%,B县阳性数99份,阳性率为24.14%;C县阳性数45份,阳性率为12.23%;D县阳性数12份,阳性率为8.45%。根据检测结果,对检出的阳性羊进行淘汰和无害化处理,并采取了一系列的综合防治措施。
In order to know well infect situation of goat brucellosis in Qiandongnan prefecture, Provide scientific evidence for make the prevention measures. Collected some goats serum samples in a part of large goat farm of four counties in 2012 , the number of serum samples of A county, B county, C county and D county respective is 541,410,368 and 142. In the first,all of the serum samples were detected by using RBPT,the positive samples were detected by using SAT and confirmed again. The positive sample number of A county is 43 ,the positive rate is 7.94% ,the positive sample number of B county is 99,the positive rate is 24.14% ,the positive sample number of C county is 45, the positive rate is 12.23%, the positive sample number of D county is 12, the positive rate is 8.45%. According to the detection result, the positive goats were slaughtered and innocent treatment, take synthesis prevention measures.
