居民用电行为识别与供电服务优化 被引量:3

Study on the Resident Electricity Behavior Identification and Power Supply Service Improvement

摘要 智能电网信息化管理方式与传统电网负荷被动管理模式相比有质的变化,为辅助供电公司充分了解居民用电行为特征,此次研究从居民台区层面,结合电网实测数据和入户抽样调查数据,对居民用电行为进行聚类分析。根据居民用电行为聚类分析结果提出相关建议:首先,加强需求侧管理,完善信息共享功能优化居民用电行为;其次,合理利用居民用电行为特征完善分时电价政策,实现“削峰填谷”,提升电网运行的经济性和稳定性。 Compared with traditional grid load passive management mode,the intelligent grid information management method has a qualitative change.In order to assit power supply company to know the characteristics of residential electricity consumption behavior well,this paper analyzes the residents'electricity consumption behavior based on the measured data of the power grid and the actual situation.According to the results of cluster analysis of residents'electricity consumption behavior,the following suggestions are proposed:firstly,it’s important to strengthen demand side management and improve information sharing function to optimize residents'electricity use behavior;secondly,by rationally using residents'electricity consumption behavior characteristics,power supply company can improve time-of-use electricity price policy,achieve“peak filling”valley and improve the economics and stability of the grid operation.
