居民配电工程移动试验平台研究

摘要 针对居民小区配电工程电气设备现场交接试验的特点,将新时代全顺JX6601TA-N6中型客车进行改装,并运用多种计算机软件技术开发出试验系统软件,设计完成了1台居配工程试验车。将试验所需专用仪器设备集成在一辆车上,形成一个集成的移动试验平台,解决了高、低压共存下多种试验接线的复杂绝缘问题,真正实现了高、低压共存下配网电气设备多种试验项目自动换线检测。将传统的由人工进行不同试验接线的切换转变为装置的内部切换,不仅免除了人工搬运设备、人工接线拆线等环节,还可以对试验设备、试验过程及数据记录分析等进行规范化管理,可以大大提高现场试验的效率,提高居民小区供配电的可靠性。 Aiming at the characteristics of on-site handover test of electrical equipment in residential area power distribution engineering,this paper refit the new era Transit JX6601TA-N6 medium-sized passenger car,and used a variety of computer software technologies to develop test system software,and designed and completed a residential distribution engineering test vehicle.It integrates the special equipment required for the test on a vehicle to form an integrated mobile test platform,which solves the complex insulation problem of various test wiring under the coexistence of high and low voltage,and truly realizes the electrical distribution network under the coexistence of high and low voltage.Automatic line change detection for various test items of the equipment,which transforms the traditional manual switching of different test wirings into internal switching of the device,which not only eliminates the manual handling of equipment,manual wiring and disconnection,etc.Standardized management such as data recording and analysis can greatly improve the efficiency of field tests,and improve the reliability of power supply and distribution in residential areas.
