摘要
随着人口老龄化的加剧,我国慢病患者日益增多,针对慢病患者合并用药多、用药不规范、依从性差、经济负担重等突出问题,利用互联网医疗技术和健康医疗大数据,逐步形成慢病患者的药物治疗管理等服务。我院通过探索建立慢病医疗数据平台系统,实现健康医疗大数据的收集、数据的整合和分析、处方审核、处方点评、慢病医疗服务等。慢病医疗数据平台的建设会有效地提高患者用药的合理性,提高慢病管理的服务效率。
As we all know,the situation of aging of population was aggravating and the number of chronic disease patients was increasing in our country.In response to the prominent problems of drug combination,irregular using,poor compliance and heavy economic burden,the service of medication therapy management had gradually produced by internet medical technology and big data in healthcare.By the exploration and establishment of chronic disease medical data platform,Qilu hospital achieved the collection of big data in healthcare,data integration and analysis,prescription checking,prescription comment,chronic disease medical services.The construction of chronic disease medical data platform could improve the rationality of patient medication effectively and enhance the service efficiency of chronic disease management.
