摘要
霉酚酸是器官移植中广泛应用的免疫抑制剂,在肾移植受者体内暴露不足或过暴露可造成移植受者的不良临床结局。霉酚酸血药浓度监测主要通过有限采样法估算其血浆浓度,受多种因素(合并用药、有限采样方法、供体特异性抗体等)影响,特别是儿童肾移植受者等特殊人群。此外,霉酚酸在个体间及个体内存在显著的血药浓度变异性,因此霉酚酸的血药浓度监测可为肾移植受者合理个体化用药提供帮助。短期霉酚酸血药浓度监测有助于肾移植受者的良好临床结局,但远期效果仍需更多临床研究进一步证实。
Mycophenolic acid is a widely used immunosuppressant in organ transplantation,and under-or over-exposure can cause adverse clinical outcomes in the transplant recipients. Monitoring of blood concentration of mycophenolic acid is mainly estimated by limited sampling method,which is affected by many factors( such as concomitant medication,limited sampling method,donor-specific antibodies,etc.),especially in special populations such as children recipients. In addition,there is significant inter-individual and intra-individual variability in blood concentrations of mycophenolic acid,therefore,the monitoring can provide help for the rational individualized medication. Short-term monitoring of blood mycophenolic acid concentration contributes to good clinical outcomes in the recipients,although long-term effects still need to be further confirmed by more clinical studies.
