摘要
目的:分析盐酸米诺环素联合知柏地黄丸对慢性牙周炎合并冠心病(CAD)患者冠脉病变程度及牙周炎控制的影响。方法:选取本院2017年10月~2019年10月收治的120例慢性牙周炎合并CAD患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为两组,对照组60例患者采用盐酸米诺环素治疗,研究组60例患者采用盐酸米诺环素联合知柏地黄丸治疗,对比两组临床疗效、牙周指数指标、冠脉狭窄评分、龈沟炎症因子。结果:研究组临床总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(78.33%),治疗2周后研究组的临床附着丧失(CAL)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、冠脉狭窄评分以及龈沟肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸米诺环素联合知柏地黄丸可有效改善慢性牙周炎合并CAD患者牙周症状,减轻冠脉病变程度及牙周炎症。
Objective:To analyze the effects of minocycline hydrochloride combined with ZhibaiDihuang pills on the progressof coronary artery disease and periodontitis in patients with chronic periodontitis complicated with coronary heart disease(CAD).Methods:From October 2017 to October 2019,82 patients with chronic periodontitis combined with CAD were included into the study and divided into 2 groups.Forty-one patients in the control group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride,while the test group were additionally given ZhibaiDihuang pill on that bases.The clinical efficacy,periodontal index,coronary stenosis score,and gingival sulcus inflammation factor were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the test group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.33%).After 2 weeks of treatment,CAL,SBI,PLI,PD,coronary stenosis score,sulcus TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-6 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minocycline hydrochloride combined with ZhibaiDihuang pill can effectively improve the periodontal symptom,reduce the progress of coronary artery disease and periodontal inflammation in patients with chronic periodontitis combined with CAD.
