摘要
目的研究黄连、黄芩、大黄三味中药不同提取方法及不同配伍对牙周炎主要致病菌的抗菌疗效。方法采用醇提和水提两种制备方法提取不同配伍中药,采用体外液稀释法测定细菌敏感性。结果黄连醇提液抗菌效果最好,黄连、大黄水提液次之。结论黄连、大黄水提液具有较好的开发应用潜能。
This paper studied the inhibitory effects of Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Radix Scutellariae on periodon- tal pathogenic anaerobe and found that the former two herbs worked well in inhibiting the anaerobe.
