摘要
目的分析江西省皮肤病专科医院2012-2018年报告的传染病病例,了解其流行病学特征和发病趋势,为其传染病的防控提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学分析该院传染病病例的三间分布,Excel 2010对传染病数据进行统计分析。结果 2012-2018年累计上报传染病3 169例,前5位分别是水痘、淋病、梅毒、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染和手足口病,共计占总数的92.62%。男性报病1 893例,女性1 276例,性别比为1.48∶1,报病年龄最大为82岁,最小为3天。结论做好以水痘为主的传染病的防控,是其传染病防治工作中的重点。
Objective To analyze the cases of infectious diseases reported by Jiangxi provincial dermatology hospital during 2012-2018, to understand their epidemiological characteristics and morbidity, so as to provide evidence for prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods Descriptive epidemiology method was used to analyze the distribution of infectious diseases. Excel 2010 was used for the statistical analysis of infectious disease data. Results From 2012 to 2018, a total of 3 169 cases of infectious diseases were reported, with the top five as varicella, gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia trachomatis infection and hand-foot-mouth disease, accounting for 92.62% of the total, with 1 893 cases of males and 1 276 cases of females, and the sex ratio of 1.48:1. The maximum age of the reported cases was 82 years old and the minimum was 3 days. Conclusion Varicella dominates the epidemic characteristics of infectious diseases in the hospital, and it is the focus of its infectious disease prevention and control.
