摘要
中国高校内部管理水平从制度、效能、文化、技术四个维度上看,与"双一流"建设需求仍存在不小的差距。"双一流"建设中应高度重视一流的管理能力建设,加强体制机制创新,提升高校内部现代化治理水平;建设一流的具有国际化视野的专业化管理队伍,提升管理效能;挖掘校本文化和职业精神,加强管理文化建设;改革管理手段和技术,加强智慧校园建设。
Viewed from the four dimensions of system, efficiency, culture and technique, the internal management level of colleges and universities in China still lags far behind the demands of "double first-class" construction. We should attach great importance to the construction of "double first-class" management ability by strengthening system and mechanism innovation, promoting the internal modern governance level of universities, and building a first-class professional management team with international vision to improve management efficiency. We should also exploit school-based culture and professional spirit to strengthen management culture construction, and reform management means and techniques to strengthen the construction of wisdom campus, so as to promote the management ability construction of universities.
